TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF
I’m a graduate of Covenant University also have a diploma in Violin Performance from the Royal Schools of Music, London. Simply put, I love music & God.

HOW DID YOU DISCOVER YOUR CRAFT?
My parents discovered it first. They noticed I was good at memorizing & producing tunes I heard. I was trained on keyboard in my church & eventually appointed the youngest Chief Organist. I’ve evolved to learning other instruments like the violin to a professional level ever since.
DO YOU HAVE A MENTOR, IF SO WHO?
Yes for the various areas of my life. Spiritually: Dr DK Olukoya, Music: Mozart who is my Namesake (Amadeus Latin for Theophilus).

DESCRIBE MUSIC & WHAT INSPIRES YOUR SOUNDS
Music is an outburst of the state of my inner self through sounds (singing/instruments). My Sound’s inspired by the Holy Spirit or my mind.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE TOOLS, PLATFORMS
I love DAWs like Cubase to record myself playing solo lines on the violin and play the accompaniment for myself on the piano especially for my covers on IG & YouTube. I also use Sibelius when arranging sheet music for other strings players.

HOW DO YOU FEEL YOUR SOCIETY AFFECTS YOUR INDUSTRY
For my area in music which is 55% classical, it’s more appreciated on an international level than Nationally. Only Elites seem to really understand and value my genre cause of their level of exposure.
DO YOU FEEL THERE’S A GOOD SUPPORT ATMOSPHERE BETWEEN INSTRUMENTALISTS
Well some artists really value & respect their instrumentalist because they know everyone is a key player. Some haven’t grown to that level of understanding.
WHAT’S THE MOST CLICHE THING YOU’VE COME ACROSS IN YOUR FIELD
Question: “Is This What You do Fulltime?” LOL. My answer to the question is results. Nobody will see Michael Jackson, Fela, Nathaniel Bassey or Sinach & ask them that.

MOST REWARDING PART OF YOUR CRAFT
People’s lives being impacted & inspired.
ONE THING YOU HOPE TO IMPROVE IN YOUR INDUSTRY
The value people place on Musicians & what they place on themselves.
