DESCRIBE YOUR FIRST EVENT?
My first event was back in 2017 when I coordinated the Citibank Réunion Party
DO YOU SPECIALIZE OR DIVERSIFY IN YOUR FIELD?
I plan, coordinate and decorate events so yes, I certainly diversify

IN YOUR OWN WORDS DESCRIBE WHAT MAKES YOUR WORKS UNIQUE?
My works are unique because they contain love, passion and a genuine need provide the best at the best rates.
PERSONALLY WHICH ASPECT IS DEMANDING; STARTING OR FINISHING A PROJECT?
Honestly both. Starting can be tough when you can’t seem to conceive a plan easily and finishing can be rough when things aren’t going according to plan.

HOW DO YOU FEEL YOUR SOCIETY AFFECTS YOUR INDUSTRY?
The society affects the events industry a lot because sometimes, people find it hard to outsource because some don’t want to pay for good service. It also affects the industry in the sense that, they also want to pay lower than our service actually costs even when they can’t afford it. It almost feels like they think we don’t deserve it.
DO YOU FEEL THERE’S A GOOD SUPPORT ATMOSPHERE IN THE EVENTS INDUSTRY?
As for support in the industry, there’s a caucus pattern. If you aren’t connected to the big wigs, it’s very hard to come up and it makes the journey longer.

WHAT’S THE MOST CLICHE THING YOU’VE COME ACROSS IN YOUR FIELD?
The most cliche thing maybe has to be the balloon arch thing. Every single job literally hinges on that.
WHAT’S THE MOST REWARDING PART OF WHAT YOU DO?
The most rewarding thing has to be the smile on the faces of my clients when I’ve done a good job. The children too when they’re excited about the balloons!
ONE THING YOU HOPE TO IMPROVE ON IN YOUR INDUSTRY?
One thing I hope to improve on is mentorship. Not just collecting money to teach them but actually taking them under your wing and establishing them!
