TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF
I’m Victor Obi (AKA) “ProdigySama” I’m a Nigerian, living in Cyprus. I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture but decided to dedicate my life to my Craft

HOW DID YOU DISCOVER YOUR CRAFT?
I’ve always been a sucker for any sort of art since my childhood, I would draw up random comics (Action/Sports) take it to School and shared them with my friends. And I had a competitor in my class.. it was like a whole battle trying to see who was the best. His name was Abraham, still respect him until this day, because he played a huge part in my discovery and choice to take this journey.
DO YOU HAVE A MENTOR?
At the moment no, although I ran into an artist on IG, his work doesn’t just inspire me but his life and success as an artist makes me want to follow his ways and understand how he thinks @Samspratt his phenomenal and only one I can consider a mentor!

WHAT INSPIRES YOUR WORKS?
I got addicted to the feeling of Dopamine and that serves a huge purpose pushing me to create better art (Basically I’m always working to beat my previous work)
DESCRIBE YOUR KINDA CONTENTS?
Aesthetic, Enigmatic, Weird & Realistic (I do everything with love) like it’s a Present for my Grandmother. Soul Bond

PERSONALLY WHICH ASPECT IS DEMANDING; STARTING OR FINISHING A PROJECT?
Definitely “Starting” cause when i eventually get in my zone nothing can stop me not even hunger
HOW DO YOU FEEL YOUR SOCIETY AFFECTS YOUR INDUSTRY?
Well Cyprus is a remote island and art is not really being appreciated that’s why I’m trying to use social platforms to reach out to the world

DO YOU FEEL THERE’S A GOOD SUPPORT ATMOSPHERE IN THE ART INDUSTRY?
It’s obvious No! More attention are being given to other parts of artistry (specifically music) or entertainment in general (eg Sports) it’s unfair and unbalanced.
MOST REWARDING PART OF BEING AN ARTIST?
The ability to visually observe growth and progression
ONE THING YOU HOPE TO IMPROVE ON IN YOUR INDUSTRY?
More audience would be lovely “if I think I’m the best I wanna be able to reach more people with my craft”.
